A user may forget their password and as a result the application administrator may need to reset it for the user.
If you are able to log into the application and want to change your own password click here for more information.
To reset a users password go ahead and follow the steps below:
- Select the User screen under the Admin section,
- Select the User you wish to reset the password for,
- Select Reset Password,
- This will generate a new password for the user and will be displayed after the semi-colon (:) as shown below,
- Send the newly generated password to the user via email.
Please note that it is not possible to reset the password this way for the user you are currently logged in as.
