Q: My Certificates do not display correctly, what can I do?

A: There are a number of reasons that your Certificates may not be appearing correctly and we have included some steps below that should help you in getting your Certificates to appear correctly again.

  1. Clearing your Browsers Cache and Temporary Internet files by following the steps outlined here.
  2. Ensure that pop-ups are not being blocked by your browser by following the steps outlined here.
  3. Ensure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed by following the steps outlined here.
