A: Depending on the browser you are using, different steps may apply. To clear the Cache and Cookies in your browser, go ahead and follow the steps applicable to your browser:

Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer,
  2. Press ALT on your keyboard,
  3. Select Tools from menu bar, 
  4. Select Internet Options,
  5. Select the Delete button under Browsing History on the General tab,
  6. Ensure that Temporary Internet Files and Cookies are selected, 
  7. Select Delete,
  8. When Internet Explorer has finished clearing the browsing history, Restart Internet Explorer.

 

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome,
  2. Click the menu  on the browser tool bar,
  3. Select More Tools,
  4. Select Clear browsing data,
  5. In the dialogue that appears, select the check boxes for the types of information that you want to remove (Cached images and files),
  6. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything,
  7. Click Clear browsing data,
  8. Restart Google Chrome.

 

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox,
  2. Click the menu  on the browser tool bar,
  3. Select Options,
  4. Select Advanced option,
  5. Select Network tab,
  6. Click Clear Now button under Cached Web Content,
  7. Click Clear Now button under Offline Web Content and User Data,
  8. Click Ok when complete,
  9. Restart

 

Now that’s done the Cache and Cookies have been cleared from your browser.
