Q: How do I allow pop-ups in my browser?

A: There are a number of ways that pop-ups can be enabled for different browsers and we will cover the most common methods of allowing pop-ups in the most commonly used browsers Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10 & 11

1. Launch Internet Explorer and press ALT key on your keyboard,
2. Select Tools,
3. Select Pop-up Blocker settings from the Pop-up Blocker menu,
4. Enter the URL of the application into the Address of website to allow field,
5. Select ,

Mozilla Firefox

1. Launch Firefox and press the ALT key on your keyboard,
2. Select Tools,
3. Select Options,
4. Select the Contents tab,
5. Select  next to Block popup windows,

Google Chrome

1. Launch Google Chrome,
