Q: How do I allow pop-ups in my browser?

A: There are a number of ways that pop-ups can be enabled for different browsers and we will cover the most common methods of allowing pop-ups in the most commonly used browsers Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10 & 11

  1. Launch Internet Explorer and press ALT key on your keyboard,
  2. Select Tools,
  3. Select Pop-up Blocker settings from the Pop-up Blocker menu,
  4. Enter the URL of the application into the Address of website to allow field,
