Q: How can I enable or disable a user in the application?

A: The management of users in the application can be done through the User screen under the Admin section.

To enable or disable a user in the application go ahead and follow the steps below:

1. Select the User screen from the Admin section,
2. Select the user you wish to enable or disable,
3. Select ,
4. Next check or uncheck the Enabled checkbox for the user,
5. Select .

 If the user was disabled then the user will now no longer have access to the application and will receive the message shown below if the user attempts to log in.
