Q: Do I have Adobe Reader installed?

A: Well, let’s find out. The application uses Adobe Reader for the displaying of Certificates and Reports so it is a pre-requisite to have this installed in order to view Certificates and Reports generated by the application.

To check if you have Adobe Reader installed go ahead and follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Start menu in the lower left of your screen,
  2. Next select Control Panel,
  3. Now select ,
  4. From the Programs and Features window check for an entry for Adobe Reader.

From there you will be able to see if you have the required version installed.

Should you not see an entry for Adobe Reader, it can be downloaded and installed from Adobe’s official website here.
