Q: Can I restrict what a user can Edit and View in the application?

A: Yes, this can be done through Group Privileges.

When a user is first set up, from the Privileges tab in the User setup screen, the user is assigned to a specific Group. Based on the group the user is assigned to, the privileges may vary.

To set privileges for the group of a user go ahead and follow the steps below:

1. Select the Group screen under the Admin section,
2. Select the Group the user is assigned to and you would like to Edit the privileges for,
3. Select the Privileges tab and then select ,
4. From here simply select the privileges this Group should have and select .

Please note that if a new Group is set up, the group will have all Privileges selected by default.
