Q: My Certificates do not display correctly, what can I do?
A: There are a number of reasons that your Certificates may not be appearing correctly and we have included some steps below that should help you in getting your Certificates to appear correctly again.

- Ensure that pop-ups are not being blocked by your browser by following the steps outlined here.
- Ensure that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed by following the steps outlined here.
