Q: Why am I not seeing the Preview of a Certificate during a Work Order?
A: There’s a number of reasons that a Certificate may not be generated and we've included a few steps to try below:
- Ensure that the check box is selected.
- Ensure that you have allowed pop-ups in your browser for the application. For more information on how to allow pop-ups in your browser click here.
- It can happen that due to corrupted temporary files in your browser that the Certificate may not be generated. For more info on how to clear your browsers Temporary files click here.
- Should you encounter any error messages e.g. “This Certificate does not exist on the server” please get in contact with our Support Team by opening a Support Request here.
