How to: Edit an Instrument or Routine from the Work Screen

In the CompuCal application the center of nearly all activities is the Work Screen. From the Work Screen you can view the History of an Instrument, and even edit the Instrument and associated Routines.

To edit an Instrument or Routine from the Work Screen go ahead and follow the steps below:

1. Select the magnifying glass icon  next to the Tag of an Instrument
2. This will bring you to the Routine Details tab, next select the Edit button to edit Routine details
3. Alternatively select the Item Detail tab and select the Edit button to edit Instrument details 
4. Once any required changes have been made select the Save button

Please note that it's not possible to edit a Routine that is in cycle. For more information on how to edit a Routine that is in cycle click here.
