How to: Print a Label for a Work Order

During and after a Work Order a user can print a label for an item if required. This label will usually be used on the calibrated item to indicate it's next calibration date and an identifier.

To get started with printing a label for a current Work Order, go ahead and follow the steps below:

  1. During the Issue, Enter or Verify stages select the Issue, Enter or Verify button
  2. Now select the Print Label button
  3. This will open a Print Label pop-up
  4. Select CTRL and P keys on your keyboard to bring up the print dialog

To print a label for a Historical Work Order, go ahead and follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Work History screen
  2. Select the Instrument you wish to print the label for
  3. Select the View History button
  4. Now select the Print Label button
  5. This will open a Print Label pop-up
  6. Select CTRL and P keys on your keyboard to bring up the print dialog
