When Issuing Work Orders in Bulk from the Issue In Bulk screen a report is generated to allowing users to review the items that were issued and this report can also be very useful if another party needs to be notified of which Instruments are in need of being calibrated.
To access the Issue In Bulk report go ahead and follow the steps below:
- Select the Issue In Bulk screen
- From the top right of the screen select the Report you wish to view from the Reports drop-down menu
- Select the magnifying glass icon to view the Report
Once selected a pop-up will be created showing a list of the items that were issued, to whom and on which date.
